We worked with Sabrina from Kade 5 Makelaars & Taxateurs and cannot recommend her and the company more. From the beginning we felt that this was just the perfect match as she could really see the potential of our apartment and we felt that she will be best person to sell it. The pricing strategy was done with great attention to detail, with well supported documentation and references, which we found important. We received several offers at the high-end of her selling price expectations, which was amazing as several other makerlaars we met with did not think it will be possible, but Sabrina went out there and made this happen! Communication was great, always felt we were on the same page and it was a collaborative effort where we could also voice our opinion and that was taken into account in any decision that was made. Sabrina was also present at the photography of the apartment to make sure styling was done well and also photographer they use was top quality. She was also present at the technical inspection to ensure everything went smoothly and ensure all questions of buyer was answered. Overall selling an apartment can be very nerve wrecking, but Sabrina did an amazing job to make us feel supported and calm during this stressful time.
