Founding
Krib was founded in 2019 by Antoine Steenkamer, initially under the name Mijn Verkoopmakelaar. From day one, the goal was to give consumers back control over the buying and selling of their homes. By creating transparency about broker fees and holding brokers accountable for their promises, buyers and sellers get much more value for their money.
Krib
After a few years, the platform for selling was also expanded to buying. More and more expats and internationals also started using the platform. In 2025, the name Krib was therefore chosen. More than 12,000 people have now used the platform. On Krib, 800 brokers are active in responding to requests from new sellers and buyers.
Team
Every day we dedicate ourselves with great pleasure to helping future sellers and buyers make the best possible choice for a broker. Krib’s core team consists of Ada, Joey, Hugo Jan, and Antoine. In addition to the core team, we also enjoy working with external specialists.

Ada de Mol van Otterloo
Support & Operations - Ada is the first point of contact for buyers, sellers, and brokers. On the phone, she can resolve any difficult situation and leave you with a smile. Ada helps you with all questions about buying and selling your home. She is the driving force behind the growing number of Google reviews about Krib.
Hugo Jan Ruiter
Software Developer - Hugo Jan is responsible for the entire technical infrastructure of Krib. Everything that looks good and works well comes from his hand. Previously, Hugo Jan was CTO of Brenger and founder of Botentehuur.
Antoine Steenkamer
Founder & CEO - Antoine is the founder of Krib. He is responsible for daily management and product strategy. In addition, Antoine can be heard on the podcasts Gouden Stenen and Vastgoed Actueel. Before this, Antoine worked as a management consultant at Boer & Croon.
Joey Lagerwerf
Social Media - Joey is responsible for managing our Instagram. He spots the newest gems appearing on the housing market. Without Joey, we wouldn’t have all those followers who are following Krib’s journey.
