Super goede makelaar die eerlijk een duidelijk is!

Altijd bereikbaar Helpt je goed duidelijke uitleg Goede verkoopprijs!

Mijn eerste gesprek was met een andere makelaar, daarna had ik een afspraak staan met Stephen.
De open houding van Stephen sprak me aan, na ons eerste gesprek wist ik het zeker hij mag mijn huis verkopen.
Stephen is een geduldige rustige man, die bereid is alles uit te leggen en je te helpen als je iets niet begrijpt!
De andere makelaars heb ik meteen afgebeld, Stephen was mijn makelaar!

Stephen was very quick to react and easy to communicate with from the beginning. We found him as our selling real estate agent, but it quickly changed into an all-in service (finding and buying our new house and selling the previous appartement).

All in all, we could not have made a better choice. On top of great market knowledge Stephen proved to be very communicative, friendly and ready to go the "extra mile". He helped us on every step and proved invaluable in making good decisions.

In the end, with his help, we managed both to find and buy our new house (with full confidence in our bid) and sell the previous one (well above expectations regarding time and price).

Stephen is a very professional real estate agent, extremely helpful and dedicated to the sale. The communication went always smooth, he is very friendly and kind. We had to reschedule with the photographer due to the weather being really bad, and Stephen made sure that was also all ok. In a few days on funda, Stephen had already scheduled over 15 visits to the apartment and in around 10 days the apartment was sold well above asking price. Couldn't recommend him more!
