When I had any questions, Frank was always quick to respond on WhatsApp or by email. Even far after normal working hours. He had a clear plan and at every moment I knew what was expected from me.

In addition I was happy with the way my property was presented on Funda. Frank also made a good paper handout/folder for the potential buyers at the viewings. The only learning point I can come up with, might be the English writing.
