Monthly overview
Every month you will receive an overview of the main results from the past month.
Requests received
This is the number of requests you have received. Whether you receive a request depends on whether the registration falls within your work area. You can enlarge or reduce the work area in 'My account'.
Requests responded to
This is the percentage of received requests you have responded to in the past month.
Response speed
This is the average time between receiving a request and your response to the request.
Invitations
This is the number of invitations you received in the past month. An invitation can occur because the owner has invited you directly via the platform, or because you indicated that you were invited to a property.
Assignments
This is the number of assignments you confirmed in the past month.
Account score
You can use the account score to compare your performance with other real estate agents in the area. The score is built from a combination of activity and success on the platform.
The score increases when:
- A request leads to a signed assignment (+20)
- An owner invites you via the platform (+9)
- You respond to a request (+3)
- You decline a request (+1)
